The Dream Home is set on three acres of land with views of the Sandia and San Pedro mountain ranges. The single-story home covers 3,900 square feet and is worth $1.5 million.
The 2010 Dream Home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an outdoor dining area with a fireplace and grill, a home office, a home theater, and a gourmet kitchen with a walk-through pantry. There is a separate guest casita with its own patio and a playhouse just for children. There is also a large, three-car garage.
